The Muenchen Colmcilles are proud to announce that the Irish ambassador to Germany, his Excellency Seán Ó hUiginn, will be supporting the Colmcilles tournament on August the 9th. A native of County Mayo, he became ambassador to Germany in March 2003. His previous assignments overseas have included Berne, New York as consul general, Saudi Arabia as ambassador, and Copenhagen, Denmark, the United States and, on a non–resident basis, Mexico. The Colmcilles are honoured by his presence and wish him a hearty Cead míle Failte to the tournament!.
